• Content data: tasks, projects, files, comments, and notes you create on the platform

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Manara platform. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party except as required by law.

4. Data Isolation

Each organization's data is fully isolated. No organization can access another organization's data. All data is logically separated using organization identifiers and strict access controls.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within secured cloud environments. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement role-based access controls to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Manara platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. License

Manara grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription period. The license is limited to the number of users specified in your package.

3. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually. Packages available:

• Starter: up to 50 users — 75,000 SAR/year
• Professional: up to 150 users — 120,000 SAR/year
• Enterprise: up to 300 users — 170,000 SAR/year

Payments are due at the start of each subscription period. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure, Vercel).

6. Support

Technical support is provided via email and phone during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9AM–5PM AST). Response times:

• Critical issues (platform down): within 4 hours
• High priority (feature broken): within 24 hours
• Normal requests: within 3 business days

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access will be revoked and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Manara's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
